Should I cut my hair short.............??

.....And I mean really short, like Yohanna in America's next top model. (Cycle 2)

I had it really long ages ago and I cut it as short as my shoulders but cried a little bit because I misssed it being so long. I now have grown it to about 2 inches below my collar bone and don't know if I have enough courage to hack it all off.

I have good bone structure but my face isn't stunning. What do you think?
